Anjaly Antony
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Supervised by Nancy Thomas, PhD, LPC-S (#73992)
As we journey through life, our experiences, relationships, environment, culture, identity, and significant moments play a role in shaping who we are and who we want to become. The therapeutic process is where the intersectionality of our current reality meets our desired change. It takes courage to seek help, be vulnerable, and grow.
Anjaly creates a therapeutic space where clients are received with honor and grace. No matter where clients are in their healing and growth journey, Anjaly desires that clients know they are not alone. All facets of the human experience are welcome, honored, and respected.
Anjaly values the importance of healing and growth within mental health and believes that one’s journey to healing positively impacts the community around them. Anjaly desires to be a resource, support, and safe place for mental health for the Asian American diaspora and greater BIPOC population.
As a clinician, Anjaly works with individuals and focuses on areas of anxiety, depression, grief, ethnic-identity journey, spirituality, life transitions, interpersonal relationship issues, and trauma therapy by using Gestalt, Strength-Based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Anjaly is a South Asian American who was born and brought up in Dallas, Texas.
