Aspen Haus Associates emails are fully encrypted and utilizes encryption services from Zix Corporation. Emails from Aspen Haus will come through the Zix encryption process. For some email carriers, you will be required to access messages through the Zix secure portal by creating a login. If using the portal will be required for access, you will receive a notification to your inbox prompting you to access the email in the secure portal. Please complete this process as this will be how we correspond with you via email. On occasion emails from Zix are not recognized by your email provider and will be sent to junk mail or spam. In the corresponding process as you await a reply please ensure to check your junk or spam folders.
