Healing and growth are a collaborative process. Jenna has a heart and passion for walking with people from a place of hurting to a place of healing, from a place of stagnation to flourishing. She’s a coach, counselor, and consultant that is passionate about building exponential healing systems by disrupting the things that disrupt you.

Faulty Thinking
Problematic Systemic Dynamics
Hidden Commitments
Misattributions
To name a few…

She makes it her business to interrupt the things that are interrupting your flourishing. She has spent the last two decades serving and working with humans, looking for their truest selves in the process.

A relationship-informed trauma expert and a trauma-informed relationship and sex expert.

At the intersection of these, she’s learned that most forward movement comes from unlearning and then relearning. We don’t know what we don’t know. As a result, we do what we know, over and over, embracing beliefs, habits, and approaches that run counter to what will create the real change you need. I guide people out of faulty belief dynamics and into change through education, consulting, coaching, and counseling.

It takes immense courage to start the healing and growth process. It takes perseverance to stay the course. You will experience a safe space to engage the vulnerable and creative process. Each client’s individuality, beliefs, and unique story will be respected and held sacred.

Jenna believes in a holistic approach when working with individuals, relationships, teams, and organizations. Building awareness and authenticity are key pieces to the healing, growth, and development. They are essential to cultivating full personhood and intimate relationships. Being fully integrated as a person is imperative for healing and growth.

More, you will gain resources, tools, and expertise from a professional with in-depth training in both relationship and systems dynamics as well as a developmental perspective on adult individual and professional growth. Each client will benefit from a customized process.

The Eye-Movement-Desensitization-and-Reprocessing (EMDR) approach has been found to be comprehensive, efficient, and effective in working with a variety issues and creative applications. EMDR is Jenna’s primary form of therapy when working with individuals, and when appropriate, with couples.

She is passionate about working from a team approach and has a network of multi-disciplinary professionals that she works with on a regular basis. Her counseling interests include sexual dysfunction, challenges with sexual pain and penetration, affair recovery, emotional regulation, boundaries, life transitions, healing from trauma and abuse, perfectionism, negative life or relationship patterns, and healing from negative life experiences. She is also enjoys working with athletes and those seeking to enhance peak performance.

In coaching, she focuses on helping individuals, teams, and organizations meet their growth goals using Immunity To Change (ITC) Mapping and a developmental approach to adult flourishing. Immunity to Change (ITC) mapping helps you gain clarity about your change process and obstacles, giving you the ultimate power to shift perspective, behaviors, and ultimately, your future. The model facilitates life long change based on 30 years of research from Harvard scientist and professors Kegan and Lahey. This can be used with individuals, relationships, and teams.
