Our coaches use a unique process developed by experts to help you gain clarity about your change process and obstacles, giving you the ultimate power to shift perspective, behaviors, and ultimately, your future. Utilizing Immunity to Change (ITC) mapping a model of creating life long change based on 30 years of research from Harvard scientist and professors Kegan and Lahey.
We will walk you through a variety of concepts, skills, and education to equip you in the present prepare you for your future. You will also be given access to Online Resources & Materials that are meant to compliment your in person experience and can be accessed around your busy schedule. Our monthly meetings are packed full of information, equipping, and applied practice to help you find your voice, get out of your own way, and move into the best version of yourself. You will get 6 one-on-one sessions with EACH leadership coach. This gives you designated time to gain clarity around blindspots and enhance growth and development areas.
