Rachel’s 17 years of experience in counseling has prepared her to help clients tackle complex and pervasive issues. She is deeply committed to creating a safe and lighthearted space where individuals and couples can explore concerns of a sensitive nature without judgment or embarrassment. Her style is rooted in kindness and empathy, ensuring that you feel supported and understood throughout the therapy process.

Clients can expect to explore the past and receive clear direction and practical knowledge to facilitate meaningful change. Rachel will collaborate with you and honor your unique needs and values.

As a Certified Sex Therapist, she is trained to treat sexual challenges including desire, arousal, frequency, sexual pain, sexual trauma, sexual and gender identity issues, betrayal recovery, and religious impact on sexual health. She is passionate about influencing change and growth in these areas through guided conversation, education, and coaching. Staying connected to the most up to date research on treating sexual disorders and complications in marriage is a vital part of her practice.

Rachel’s clients will be challenged to take an active role in shaping the narrative of their lives, learning to embrace their unique experiences and perspectives and author a story that reflects their true desires and aspirations.

Rachel is a native Texan who grew up as a PK (pastor’s kid). She has a passion for educating ministry groups on topics of mental health and healthy sexuality. Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and raising two teenage sons who love playing sports and music year-round.
