Our coaches use a unique process developed by experts to help you gain clarity about your change process and obstacles, giving you the ultimate power to shift perspective, behaviors, and ultimately, your future. Utilizing Immunity to Change (ITC) mapping a model of creating lifelong change based on 30 years of research from Harvard scientists and professors Kegan and Lahey.
We will walk you through a variety of concepts, skills, and education to equip you in the present and prepare you for your future. The resources and skills taught in the process are customized to the growth needs of each client. The goal is to help you gain clarity around blindspots and enhance growth and development areas.

We don't believe in going at it alone. There are some skills and growth that can only be developed in relationship. While a great deal can be accomplished in 1-1 coaching settings, there's something really unique about cohort support, accountability, and feedback. You get all of the continued implementation of the Immunity to Change Model and training sessions but now in a community setting--deeply vital to your human experience. This is no ordinary process. Our coaches are experts and masters at training and preparing each cohort to engage with each other in respect, honor, and growth oriented dialogue, accountability, and engagement that is like no other group experience available.
Additionally, our coaches use a variety of tools and technology to enhance the experience and create streamlined processes. We have leadership coaching clients from all over.
